Project TELL is one of the growing projects of Delta Pikin Initiative that supports skill building and empowerment for rural women.
These women are powerful, strong, and purposeful, but often deprived by the circumstances of abuse, inequality, and lack of
pportunities. These challenges have hindered their personal development, economic empowerment, and community leadership.
Historically, rural women are key contributors to agricultural production, food security, climate advocacy, enterprise,
and citizenship. Yet, their efforts are often unrecognized and their full potential underutilized.
When women are empowered, they contribute to their family’s income and become active change leaders in their communities.
It is no gainsaying that if you build a woman, you build a community — and a $1 investment in a woman is a smart investment.
When she is empowered, her generation and her family are empowered.
Through Project TELL, we sustainably empower rural women by providing:
* Vocational and skill-building training
* Access to small-scale business capital
* Mentorship and leadership development
* Health and wellness education
* Financial literacy and entrepreneurship support
Project TELL helps women reclaim their voices, build a future of economic independence, and become strong pillars of
change within their communities.
